I am from Jammu. Growing up, acacia honey was not some premium product, it was just what we ate at home. On rotis for breakfast, stirred into kahwa, spooned straight from the jar.
When I moved to the city, I realised most people have never tasted real honey. What is sold in supermarkets is blended, heated, and often adulterated. It tastes nothing like what I had back home.
Kashmir Reserve exists because I wanted to bring that same honey, the exact thing I grew up with, to people who have never had the real thing. Every jar comes directly from beekeepers my family has known for years. No middlemen, no processing, no blending.
